The Highland project is divided into two separate design phase the Villa Complex as the first phase and the Hotel being the second phase.
The project is conceived based on the client's aspirations, site constraints and contextual characteristics and intends to be a landmark of it's own in it's design approach and architectural expression.
This design is driven by the client's desire to construct a development, in effect a place for `lifestyle in leisure'.
